1. Bookings

Appointments may be booked through our website or in person. You can choose to pay in advance through our secure payment platform or pay at the time of your treatment.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee, which is non-refundable.

  • No-shows will also be charged the full service fee and may lead to refusal of future bookings.

3. Payments

We accept:

  • Online payments via Wix Payments

  • In-person payments (cash or card)

Prices listed on the website are indicative and may be subject to change. The price confirmed during booking is the final price for your session.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where the appointment is cancelled by us or if a payment was made in error. Missed appointments and late cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Medical Conditions & Suitability

We reserve the right to decline treatment if:

  • We believe it may pose a risk to your health or safety

  • We assess that treatment is not appropriate for your condition

Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant.

6. Clients Under 18

We currently do not offer massage services to clients under 18 years of age.
Bookings made on behalf of minors will be declined and may be subject to our cancellation policy if not cancelled in time.

7. Personal Information

By booking with us, you agree to our collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Your data is used solely for managing your appointments and communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide professional and safe services, we cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for adverse effects that arise from undisclosed medical conditions, incorrect information, or failure to follow aftercare advice.
