1. Bookings
Appointments may be booked through our website or in person. You can choose to pay in advance through our secure payment platform or pay at the time of your treatment.
2. Cancellations and No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee, which is non-refundable.

No-shows will also be charged the full service fee and may lead to refusal of future bookings.

Prices listed on the website are indicative and may be subject to change. The price confirmed during booking is the final price for your session.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where the appointment is cancelled by us or if a payment was made in error. Missed appointments and late cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Medical Conditions & Suitability
We reserve the right to decline treatment if:

We assess that treatment is not appropriate for your condition
Clients must accurately disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, or other factors that may affect treatment. Where a condition requires GP consent, treatment cannot proceed without written confirmation. This information is collected via our Client Intake & Consent Form and is used solely to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.
6. Clients Under 18
We currently do not offer massage services to clients under 18 years of age.
Bookings made on behalf of minors will be declined and may be subject to our cancellation policy if not cancelled in time.
7. Personal Information
By booking with us, you agree to our collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Your data is used solely for managing your appointments and communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
By submitting the Client Intake & Consent Form, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These records are retained for a minimum of 2 years as required by council licensing regulations and are available for inspection if requested. Clients may also receive written or verbal aftercare advice following treatment.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide professional and safe services, we cannot guarantee specific results from any treatment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for adverse effects that arise from undisclosed medical conditions, incorrect information provided by the client, or failure to follow aftercare advice.
9. Professional Conduct
We operate a strictly professional massage service. Any inappropriate behaviour, language, or requests during treatment will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, the full treatment fee will still apply and we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
10. Complaints

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
