General business records may be retained for up to 6 years to comply with accounting and legal obligations.

Medical and treatment records collected via the Client Intake & Consent Form are securely stored for a minimum of 2 years in line with council licence requirements. Access is limited to practitioners and authorised staff, and records are available for inspection by regulatory authorities if required.
